Celebrating three years...

A beautiful sunrise.

There is much to say for every new day. Its a chance to do something new or complete something that had already begun.

Today is a great day and tomorrow we celebrate three years of this blog.. "Flipping Grand Bahama".

I still run into a lot of people who have never heard of it, and some who say they read it.

I'm thinking of new formats and ways of presenting reasons to change our mindset to make Grand Bahama "Grand" again.

Much has happened in the past three years. Just check out the changes in the buildings which were done to make the thoroughfare more inviting for investors.

There are a number of things going on with foreign investor participation and the young are really getting into trying things for themselves.

I have been listening to the young people and they seem to know what they want and are ready to run after it. They are hampered here and there by parents who are interested in caution and safety which never made a revolution.

All the best to them who keep the tradition of manners as they go throughout the world and to the parents who help their children's dreams and visions.

In this third year I hope to do more than just writing and I trust you come along with me to help to change those things we can, the accept the things we can't having the wisdom to whose their differences.
